Income Tax provision, whatever found necessary, will be considered at the end of the year
The company operates in single segment of manufacture of pharmaceutical formulations. Hence Accounting Standard on segment reporting is not applicable
The Company did not have any investors’ complaint pending at the beginning of the quarter. No investors’ complaints were received during the quarter and hence no investors’ complaints remained unsolved at the end of the quarter ended 30-09-2011.
